The 2020 FIA Formula One World Championship is the pinnacle of motorsport, and this year, it marks the 70th anniversary of the first Formula One season. Recognized by the Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA), it is the highest class of competition for open-wheel racing cars. Drivers and teams from around the world will compete for the titles of World Drivers’ Champion and World Constructors’ Champion.
Originally scheduled to start in March, the championship was postponed until July due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Although the exact number of races is uncertain, the championship is set to be contested over a record 22 Grands Prix. The season kicked off with the Austrian Grand Prix, and now, we are eagerly awaiting the Hungarian Grand Prix.
